Shipping Policy

  1. Processing Time

    • Orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

    • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
    • Estimated delivery times:
      • 10-13 days
  3. Order Tracking

    • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that you can use to track your package.

Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Returns

    • We accept returns up to 3 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition.
    • To start a return, contact us at glanxoffice@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  2. Refunds

    • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 6 business days.
    • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  3. Damaged or Defective Items

    • In the event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at glanxoffice@gmail.com with a description and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you.
